Signed fine art giclée print
The little artists’ cabin on the slope down to Bucks Mills beach has been somewhere I’ve dreamed of painting, so I feel very luck to have been given the chance to be Artist in Residence here in July 2022.
The artists’ cabin was once used by artists Judith Ackland and Mary Stella Edwards, and is now under the care of the National Trust. It sits in an idyllic setting, overlooking the beach and sea. Inside, it is rustic and welcoming, with curiosities and old artefacts dotted throughout the two tiny storeys. There’s no electricity, nor toilet (!!), so it’s a true escape from modern life, and a great spot for being immersed in your art practice.
This print is taken from my ink and watercolour painting, and is available in A4 and A5 size. The original is also available for purchase.
If you’re looking for a gift from a Devon artist, or hunting for the perfect Devon print, this would make a lovely choice for someone for whom Bucks Mills is a special place. I have a selection of North Devon prints, so why not display a few of your favourite places alongside each other. You may be interested in my ‘Bucks Mills’ print, or ‘Pebble Ridge at Sunset’, ‘Sand and Sea’, ‘Still Water to Instow’, ‘Sunset at Westward Ho!’ or ‘Sunset Pebbles’.
Available in A4 and A5.
