Deliciously transparent, an elegant wave curls into a glassy barrel beneath heavy skies. This painting captures the power and beauty of the ocean, and its ability to show both ferocity and grace in captivating synchronisation.

I was inspired by the beautiful colours of the ocean, and the foreboding darkness of the sky. It represents one of those fleeting moments where the sea is illuminated, yet the clouds are charged with the promise of rain, creating an irresistible contrast between light and dark.

This is a fine art giclée print, a reproduction of my original oil painting. It is printed on 190gsm radiant white watercolour texture paper and will be signed, titled and editioned by me in pencil on the front, in the bottom white border. This print is limited to 50 copies only.
